Completely untrue. You order a circuit, just like you do now forT1's, that
goes
from the customer to your POP. You install Pairgain (our favorite) on each
end,
and bam. done. Of course, if you colocated equipment AT a CO, you'd be in a
little better position to reach more places, but you don't NEED to.

I'll bet that's not true either... you'd have to read tarriffs in your area.
