My bet is NEITHER will be standard. The ITU-T has never picked one of the
existing protocols, they have *always* created a NEW protocol with pieces of
the others. Supposedly it is farier, allows them to pick the best bits of
each proposal, etc.

We will be upgradable to the final ITU-T protocol, whatever that may be.
