Remote update of User cache on NT

Now that I've got Livingston's Radius NT 2.0 up and running can anyone tell
me if there is a way (other than telnet) to remotely update the user cache?
I have a Win95 system on the same network that my support tech's use. It
would be nice if they could make changes to the user file (not a problem -
I know how to do that) and have it get updated into the active cache
without needing to walk over to the physical servers and do it.
