we have a PRI problem where we are yet undecided whom to blame,
the telco or the PM3.
This combination PRI/PM3 randomly kicks all users off and comes back online
later, don't know how and why. This seems to happen every few days. When
it happens, the red light on the PRI is mostly _off_, but sho line0 reads
similar to this:
> Command> sh line0
> ---------------------- line0 - E1 Primary Rate ISDN ---------------
>
> Status: DOWN F2 Framing: CRC4 Encoding: HDB3 PCM: a-law
>
> Violations
> -----------------------------
> Bipolar 0
> CRC4 0
> E-bit 0
> FAS bit 0
I would very much like to know what these Fx - codes mean, but I can't find it
anywhere in my docs nor on all web sites I searched so far.
If there is also a way to track and record PRI events that would be
extremely helpful. E.g. we are discussing clocking problems between the
telco and the box, but we need to say "the telco doesn't provide the clocking
we need"...
Any help is very much appreciated!
Thank you.
Regards,
Toni.
