modem pools in PM3

Here is what I want to do:

I have a PM-3 with 2 T-1's. It is only half populated currently with
old modem cards, running 3.7. I want to put the new modem cards in the
second half of it on a separate phone number. Is there anyway to set up
two pools of modems so that phone calls from the first T-1 only ever go to
the old cards, and calls from the second T-1 only go to the new cards?
