Huh? I don't think you can do this. It is either 0 or 4 on telnet -
off or on. AFAIK we don't have a way to set the number of telnet connects.

If that is the 'reset x#' command that's all there is. You can do that
from a telnet, or you can dialin and login as !root, or you can use the
console port.
