Maximum Connect Speed Check Item?

We want to charge more for 56k services than we do 28.8k/33.6k services.
I was reading a portmaster list, somewhere on the web, that a connection
speed check item was not yet supported, but that was from a message sent
to the list back in Apr. Has this changed by any chance? Can you use
something like a Maximum-Speed = 33600 check item in the users file? I
see limiting ISDN ports is not a problem via the use of NAS-Port-Type and
Port-Limit, but I was hoping I could achieve similar functionality between
33.6k and 56k async dialup. We are running PM3's ComOS v3.7 and Radius
v2.01.
