Maybe you can down load them in ASCII with FTP but you CANNOT seem to
down load them using a web browser.
PMCONSOLE should check to make sure the image is valid before it ever
starts
to install it. Livingston should make this change for two reasons:
1) It will save Livingston money. There have been at least two tech
support calls over bad images the first day 3.7 came out. How many
tech support calls saved to pay for making the change
2) Customer satisfaction will rise because right now its a crap
shoot. I
have no way to tell I got a corrupted image and its makes me very
wary
about upgrading.
