ISP billing software

Does anyone on the list know of any good programs out there that will
automatically calculate billings from a RADIUS accounting file. I have
raquick which does a fine job of calculating everyone's total hours but
nothing that then takes that and converts it into dollars and cents.

I'd like something that would automatically calculate and email bills
... it's a fairly simple extension to the raquick program but before I
invest the time, I'm hoping someone can point me to a good starting point.
