Uhm, and how would they be able to get _ALL_ flavors? Seeing as many have
been out of production for a while?
The best way to help Livingston out is to get them FULL information with
the difficulties, like OS of customer, what software they are using, what
ComOS you have, what model/firmware of the modem...
and the type of problem, like disconnects after a few minutes etc...
Also, as repeatedly stated by Livingston staff, do a set debug 0x51 and
send that info....
and put To: support@livingston.com
not cc: support@livingston.com
you should be able to help them and everyone else by doing such....

note: if the web guys weren't overworked I would suggest a submission form
where you could put such information in, where it would be formatted
nicely for LE so that they could database it...
