Links die. That's a truism in remote access. Any number of things could
be causing it. If they are dialing you then they need to automatically
reconnect. Portmasters can do it with location tables set for automatic
for example. If I link drops it will bring it back up.

You might want to examine the disconnect causes being logged to determine
what it is that is causing your disconnects.
