I set debugging ISDN to see what is going on. I think someone is calling me
for whatever reason but they have no access here. Let me show you what I get

m3-1> set debug isdn on
Enabling ISDN debugging
pm3-1> set console
Setting CONSOLE to admin session
pm3-1> S1: Sending Request Connect - 64Kbps / Voice (B2 ID:25e)
S1: Received Connect - B2
Couldn't CHAP on port S1 - Not allowed
S1: Sending Disconnect Request
S1: Received Clear Conf (B2 ID:25e)
S3: Sending Disconnect Request
S3: Received Clear Conf (B4 ID:21e)

Is this making a call out or rejecting a call in. I have NO locations so it
shouldnt be doing anything!!!
