CRC errors

I have one of my site owners complaining that he is getting a lot of CRC
errors(Damn WinNT and its status bar :)) So I was wondering what the mos
t common cause of CRC errors usually is. My guess would be line noise on
the site end, am I on the right track here?. I know it is not on his end
'cause I have dialed in to it and I also get 'em. He's really breathin'
down my neck, any help would be appreciated.
