pm2 upgrade failed

Hi all. Just upgraded 6 portmaster pm2-30s and all but one worked fine. I'm
going from 3.3.1 code to 3.7. I'm also using pmconsole 3.5.1.4. The reason
stated by pmconsole was 'request to upload data failed.' I haven't
rebooted as of yet per instructions in the upgrade text. Attempts to
reconnect to the pm with pmconsole have failed. Telnet still works fine
also the pm appears to still be in working order.

Any ideas ?
