WEWPZ, I was typing a FAQ on the OR-U at the SAME time I was answering
this mail! SORRY.

I have flashed probably 50 units or more from 3.0.3 or 3.0.4 to 3.5 and
NEVER had a problem except for the occasional one that had a bad flash
rom in it. I was TOLD by 2 people NOT to do this but experience shows that
I dont have any problems.

Now keep in mind, that I wouldnt care if it died on the middle of
upgrading. I just flip dip 2, tftp boot, and reupgrade it.
