Must be a bug of some sort, as we too have seen this. The box is operating
fine but both the green and red lights are on. If you re-boot the box, the
red light goes off, but it works, so why bother I guess. I'm sure they
will figure it out sometime, and since it's in the back and I never see
them... oh well!
