PRI LED lits red, but PM seems to be operational

normal or just interesting thing(?):
Or a matter for the support team?

After switching on the PM3, the PRI LEDs behaves as expected:

green is on
red is off

After some ``loop'' dial-in's (V.120) the red LED is on too. But
the PM seems to continue it's work. (At least for the ``loop''
dial-in's.)

The status LED at the Telecom NT is off (means normal operation) all the
time (if the PM is switched on, of course).

No additional modems, ComOS 3.7.
