Lucent is relatively new to the terminal server modem market. Besides... you're throwing a new wrench in the works with K56flex.
I'm just saying it will get better with time.

Errr.. not really. Lucent, which is former division of AT&T, has been
in the modem game for quite a while. For example, Multitech uses AT&T
chipsets in many of their modems.
