I get the digest, so I hope you've gotten more support today that I've not
seen yet... anyway:
First, you've posted the user and password to the world in the 0x51
output (in Hex) so you should change it ASAP.
Second, there are several "parse_ppp" scripts out there that look at the
0x51 dump. I've got some old copies if you can't find newer
(hopefully better) ones. Livingston has a script on their web site
where you can paste the output or you can download the script.
Finally, the negotiation seems to be choking on the MP-MRRU = 1564 vs.
1624. You might check that on each end, if this is really the problem.
Sometimes it could be something else in the negotiation that doesn't show
up like you'd expect (lately I've seen 56 vs 64 k mismatch at customer end
not give any sort of message but just not work).
