Before you go into this, if you aren't running 3.7R - upgrade.

Fixes and changes to the WAN port driver were made post 3.5R (the last
release) and if you are using 3.5.1bx you should upgrade anyway.

Two main reasons:
1. If it *is* the unit, the fixes in 3.7 might fix it.
2. If it *is* the unit, we can't track down bugs in an outdated release
and fix them in the current because of the code changes. Even if it were
confirmed in an older release, it would have to be reconfirmed and located
in the current code tree.
