So buy it, or not, but don't make threats! I get so sick of seeing owner
after owner just whine about these units.
What do you really have to deal with??? Spegetti factory with 2e's? More
broken than working features with a MAX40xx?
I went with Livingston 2 1/2 years ago, living through the 0.0.0.0 bug
which was way worse than anything I've seen here lately.
If you want a digital solution, the PM3 is the best game in town IMHO, but
there are other games that cost more and do less. Buy the second unit,
learn the fixes, or walk away now.
I'm happy enough with the PM3 that I placed my order for units 9, 10, & 11
last week (Well, 11 is the freebie), and will get 2 more naked PM3's so I
can eat the rest of my MAX4004 lease and leave it on a shelf to collect
dust til the lease is up. But at least the PM3 has *working* OSPF to use.
