1. Random disconnects with customers that NEVER had problems before! MANY
different brands of 28.8k-56k modems including: Zoom 33.6k, USR Sportsters,
TI 33.6k. I am receiving several different disconnect clauses from the PM3.
They are:
"User Request" (Which they clearly didn't)
"Lost Carrier"
"8" (What is this?)
2. 14.4k compatibility issues:
A customer has a generic 14.4k modem with the following output:

V.32bis/FAX MODEM, Ver 4.23

ALL PASS
Is this a known problem? He can only connect at 1200 baud. I have verified
this from the ComOS command prompt. Please let me know if there is a fix
for this and how I can obtain it. He has given us a week to "fix" the problem.
