It is impossible to help you from your statement. In order to help you, the
people on this list need to know:
The version of ComOS you are using
The type of modem cards you have installed AD or Lucent (aka 33.6k or 56k)
How are you connecting to PM3 to the PSTN? Channelized T1, PRI, E1? The
type of switch may also be helpful.
You also need to tell us what type of modem and OS your customer is using.
With this info, maybe we can help. My first suggestion would be to upgrade
to ComOS 3.7 before you do anything else. This seems to be the most stable
modem release so far PLUS you will need to do this anyway when you upgrade
your PM3 to the Lucent chipset "modem" boards.
