More on 56k & Connect-Info string

Okay, I've been looking at the RADIUS accounting logs some more, and
have seen some Real Strange Stuff.

A user logged in and got the following line logged:

Connect-Info = "12000 LAPM/V42BIS"

When he logged out, this went in the log:

Connect-Info = "61 LAPM/V42BIS"

What happened here?

Also, I get disconnected randomly when connected with a SupraExpress 56e
modem (with the 1.0 code) when I make 56k connections. When it happens,
it is logged as "User Request - Call Circuit Closed". I definately did
NOT request to be disconnected!
