The Pentiums II's secondary cache is slower that a Pro. The Pro has an
onboard cache that runs at cpu clock. The PII uses an off-chip external
cache that runs at one half cpu speed. However the PII L1 cache is 32k
vs 16k on the Pro.

Since the Pros top out at 200mhz, I think it's a non-issue, and certainly
not relevant to this list.
