Im searching for a utility to do it. Linux passwords are done with
crypt(3). There is a conversion from nonshadow passwords to shadow
passwords, hey WAIT. What does this have to do with portmasters!? Its WAY
off topic.

Im sure there are NT mailing lists and news groups you could post this to.
