Been there done that. New unit should be here Monday.

They told me it was a bad back plane card.

Try this... Take out the card at the top right and the top middle and
reboot (assuming your loaded to the gills)

Worked for us I was able to put the middle card back in while unit was on,
put the top right card in and it worked for about 12 hours before it locked
up. Currently running with 1 less 10X card with no probs.

I also put 3 old cards in with the rest 56K and it came right up...
