1) Reloaded COMOS -- nope
2) Reseated all the card but removed upper right (didn't feel right).
Powered back on
3) It worked.
4) Put upper right back in and powered back on
5) It still works
Now closing up and heading for the office.
Moral of the story:
Don't attempt upgrade unless you have plenty of time to spend and
Livingston support
is open (although they didn't help this time)
