Let's ignore the ISDN, since it's (obviously) not using the modem cards.
How can you compare a problem with modem cards by saying your ISDN is
fine?

You mention 56K ... 56K was not available with the AD modem cards, and
that's where the majority of the problems are (were). If customers call
your PM3 for 56K, that means you have the Lucent modem cards.

Lastly, if you need, I can post all the errors that these customers are
getting, and I'm pretty sure they know what they're talking about. Many
of our Quake Players are average, so if there is lag, they don't notice.
Perhaps the fact that you are hosting a local server is eliminating the
problem? Are you running Quake or Quakeworld? Have you even tried your
server (or other servers, specifically Quakeworld servers) with the AD
Modem Cards, with an analog modem, and then compared it to a PM2 with a
modem? You may be surprised.
