I have the TSU-LT's singing after calling Adtran support one day, these
are my notes from that call:

Heads up if you didn't know already, this unit has many default settings
that will lock the unit up.

The fix for this unit that I received from Adtran Tech Support is:

2) Config
1) Network
1) Format=ESF
6) Bit Stuffing=DISA(bled)
7) Set LBO=0.0
3) Port
3) DTE TX CLK=INT-INV
10) Inband=OFF

This is assuming a standard EFS B8ZS T1
