the PM3 not responding to a win95 tracert is documented and in archives...
ComOS 3.5.1beta20 has changed it so it responds... though a couple people
have already told you that... ;)

Check cabling... you did verify that the Bipolar errors are increasing?
and not from the initial install of the line...

Hmm, maybe upgrade to ComOS 3.7 or 3.5.1b20, reboot and see if the Bipolar
errors change, well also if the other errors too...
