CIRCUIT DISCONNECT

Since I upgraded our pm3 to comos3.7, the sho modems command gives me a
new disconnect reason of "CIRCUIT DISCONNECT". Can somebody shed some
light on what this means?

Mdm Port Status Speed Compression Protocol Calls Retrain Disconnect
--- ---- ------ ----- ----------- -------- ------ ------- ------------
M0 S0 ACTIVE 28800 V42BIS LAPM 27 0 NORMAL
M1 S2 ACTIVE 9600 V42BIS LAPM 24 0 CIRCUIT DISCONNECT
M2 S3 ACTIVE 14400 V42BIS LAPM 19 0 NORMAL
M3 S4 ACTIVE 26400 V42BIS LAPM 24 0 NORMAL
M4 S20 ACTIVE 21600 V42BIS LAPM 15 0 LOST CARRIER
M5 S5 ACTIVE 14400 V42BIS LAPM 17 0 CIRCUIT DISCONNECT
M6 S7 ACTIVE 31200 V42BIS LAPM 28 0 NORMAL
M7 S6 ACTIVE 14400 V42BIS LAPM 43 0 CIRCUIT DISCONNECT

CT1, D4, ami, E&M wink is the config.

Windows 95 has been giving alot of our customers the "can't negotiate a
compatible set of protocols" error, and I'm wondering if this could be
part of the problem.

Thanx,
Matt
