It sounds like you have a crossed line. Have you started a trouble ticket
with your telco yet? I'll bet they did something at the co to cause your
lines to go haywire. We used to have this problem with Cosolidated all the
time. Finally had to threaten I'd take my business elsewhere if it didn't
stop.
This is assuming, of course, you've had no problems with the lines till
now.
