Because SWBT wants $1,500 per PRI to move the circuit to my new office.
It's cheaper to have a T1 between the 2 POP's and then let the contracts
expire than to move 7 PRI's (2 PM3's and 3 PRI's into a MAX4004)

I have all the PM3's in the same hunt group since I do not want to run 3
dialup pools in a single local market, I still have 200 ports active on
PM2's which are in a different hunt group.

I don't plan on trying MCPPP between the 2 POP's, was just curious if it
would work. I've done alot of strange things with PortMaster over the
last few years, but that would definatly take the cake :)
