Livingston told me that this was an issue related to U-law/A-law
conversion or something like that, but considering that the True Digital
28800 cards that are out today have no hardware differences between the US
and Europe, I can see no reason why the K56flex cards (hardware) would be
different.

So why can't they ship the _hardware_ to Europe?

I mean, this must be a software issue, right?
