Is your RADIUS server getting hit heavier? Or did something get added?
If it's just beginning to happen, look at what changed...

In general, in the archives there are a lot of good notes about this
prevalent problem, which varying solutions according to situation. Say a
Packard Bell upgraded from 3.1 to 95 with PB CDROMs...
