The Bay 5399 cannot handle both. The 5399 is a card that takes two
CT1/PRI for a total of 48 modems per chassis. Each card can have either
X2 or K56Flex, not both. A card sold as x2 cannot be changed to K56Flex,
and vice-versa. The 5399 cards go in the System 5000 chassis.
