I don't know. We have used Win95 boxes to dial into PM-3s - and that,
of course, IS MS-STAC (which is Stac LZA Option 4, the RFC is Option 3)
and it works.

I really can't say. I've been running compression in my OR to the PM-3
in the office for months now, and I've never had a hang.

AFAIK it is complete.
We tested against Ascend, Cisco, and many other brands - it all checked out.
We even took part in a Stac bakeoff recently and didn't experience problems.
