I think the fact that this ComOS hasn't been released is enough evidence that
the modems aren't shipping, since Livingston said that they wouldn't ship the
modems without having software available.

Well, FedEx isn't the only carrier out there, many people have turned to
carries such as AirBorne Express, however FedEx is quite overloaded, but that's
not a reason to not have them 12 days after the "shipping date" (UPS didn't
even go on strike until after you started shipping anyway).

Anyway, at least someone is listening. I'm still waiting for #2 to get his
modems to really verfiy that they have shipped.
