This last route suggests that there is an entire class C of 200.251.217.0
on the local ethernet (given the 24 netmask). This is not a problem
because you have routes to each IP. That is what the H indicates.
That it is a HOST. However, that 200.251.217.64 subnet (NL) is not going
to get any routing because it is in the SAME class C as the local ethernet
port. Same thing with the Wan port. I
dont see how this can be working at all as it is.

You need to subnet your router into its own subnet of the class C that is
NOT in the same subnet as the remote subnet you are trying to route to.

But, I think there are 2 problems here. First, how are the addresses
supposed to be getting assigned to the s20-29 card? Do you have an address
pool? Is it big enough? Do you have the ports set as assigned? Do you have
an assigned address?
