Big Problem need solved

I have currently switched communication servers over the livingston. I
purchased a PM2e and am having big time problems with it. I am sure that
everything is setup right but when a customer calls in with a PPP
connection, they connect, radius verifies but once connected they can't
access the dns server, the router or any other computer on the network. I
need this fixed quick so any help would be great. Thanks.
