There are 2 ways to make them. You can take a jack and short the =
leads or take an RJ45 connector and do the following.

For a T-1 run 1 wire from position 1 to position 4 and =
another wire from position 2 to position 5.

For a 56k run 1 wire from position 1 to position 8 and from =
position 2 to position 7.=20

This creates a loop plug and can be used for general testing. I =
wish everyone had one, it makes troubleshooting alot easier.
