For those of you wanting to deal with abusive users who distribute
accounts to all their friends, assigning a static ip works well. Yes, an
account could log in more than once, but all of a sudden both (all)
connections become useless. Useful as most users will call to complain and
you can give a little lecture on appropriate use of accounts. Yes, if a lot
of users tried to abuse our system, it would become annoying to assign
static ip's, but the reality is that less than .10% try it and stop when
warned.

I need ISA or PCI V.35 card. Anyone have a source/card/lead? Please. I have
been looking for 9 months! I know they exist!

Re: 56k, I am glad Livingston is holding off. My experience is that they
probably have a good reason for it. Be patient.
