When configuring a user for two channels ISDN on a PM2-E, what is the
syntax for the RADIUS users file?

Is the Framed-Protocol = MPP or PPP?

If no Port-Limit is specified in DEFAULT, does it default to one or
unlimited?

We've got a user with Framed-Protocol = PPP and no port-limit specified
anywhere who can't bring up the second channel. Router on the other end
is an Adtran XL.
