Nah, no head-banging without appropriate music!
I still think they should have a few sysadmins going through the editing

You set the DUN icon to obtain address automatically and obtain name
server addresses. I'm not sure if this method grabs 2 DNS servers or only
1.
Then you need to make sure that in Control Panel | network | TCP/IP
disable DNS here.
ALL of my clients with win95 that have done this haven't had further
problems... AFAIK... hehe someone just called today and found that someone
had removed TCP/IP and he wondered why it would fail negotiation...
