Office Router Problems

Wondering if anyone would have any insight on the problem i'm having..
i'm setting up a customer who's using an office router dialing into my pm3
i setup everything according to the manual, and when i'm trying to connect
the OR
it shows everything OK as far as connecting, then it hangs at ppp
negotiating..
debug 0x51 shows repeated ip_cfg operations.. the network on the OR side is
only 2 ip's "/30".. when i set the address in the location properties to
0.0.0.0 instead of hanging at ppp negotiation it immediatly rejects, and
disconnects.. i've configured radius to assign the ip address, and i've
also tried configuring it to negotiate ip with the OR.. with the address
set in the location properties it hangs either way..

after about 2-3hrs of trying every possible way of configuring it that i
could think of, i noticed the system light flashes every 4 seconds.. Is
this Normal? or is this some indication of the cause of my problems..

Any help/hints greatly appreciated.
