8) I don't? Maybe that's because, for 'my' purposes they have yet to do
something wrong. I mean if I needed wanted some of the features that
others want then sure, I'd bitch just as much! As it is, I had an OS-HS
that died over the weekend a few weeks ago. It was a new unit that just
went belly up. If it was mission critical then I would have raised holy
hell!

Hey, and don't you EVER forget, I'm the one constantly carping about the
ticket takers! They, IMO, are the weakest link in the support
organization! I was incorrectly informed about using 1D for 2 PRI, so
hmm, yeah, I do have a beef that NFAS isn't out yet!

But since the telco will charge me a $200-300 'programming fee' I might as
well wait until my next PRI order comes up.

True, there was nothing about the beta sites in any e-mail, this comes
from talking with Raymond and crew while they got my OR-HS back up from
flash-death... I would hope that the Beta sites would be first to get
additional units from Livingston, seeing as they did assist with testing.

Ah, yeah, that's true, like WHERE IS NFAS!!!!!

8) Then again this isn't the 'official' channel, so we shouldn't expect
anything other than helpful support from other PM users...

How is this bitching being constructive? Instead, proact... ask for
people to e-mail a petition to sales@livingston.com.

Okay okay... enough of 'my' bitching... I'm through with this thread...

hehe...
