Hmm, what planet am I on then? From all the correspondence, they
'started' shipping ... that doesn't sound to me like they meant that they
were shipping to everyone! And from MZs notes keeping us up-to-date he
noted something like All registered owners would recieve their first set
within the first 30 days from start of shipping...and they were hoping to
fulfill all registered owners demands within 90 days after the start of
shipping. I see no deceit or attempts to mislead within that, or am I
naive? And I never saw a 'date' of July 15.... care to forward that
message to me?

At this point, I would be inclined to think that they would be shipping
sets out to the Beta sites that assisted in the testing of such. And
AFAIK, these sites are not allowed to discuss what is going on, not so
much to keep us in the dark as to not cause confusion.

Hell, I'm surprised that they actually announced it as shipping! So quit
griping and patiently wait, if you can't, go find another NAS vendor and
hope that you'll get half of the information and support that Livingston
gives you/us!
