Destination Unreachable

When I'm tracing icmp packets on my pm3 i notice alot of Destination
Unreachable from user ip's to the radius server, now people are
authenticating fine (no more random problems, i think it was a problem
with radius cacheing the client data). Just wondering if these msg's are
normal and/or what are they are result of.
