You can simulate a hunt from CT1/PRI via DSR (disaster service routing). It
works, I used it to fall over from 10 trunk groups on PRI to 200 analog
modems on PM2s. This is all accomplished via software at the switch. Alas
now I have just one big 40 PRI group via SONET switch over fiber :-).

I never said that call forwarding and hunt groups were the same to a
switch.

It is not physcally possible to have a t1 group hunt to an analog group in
any switch I am familar with.

Regarding hunting in other circumstances...
Due to legal restrictions, they are not supposed to "mix service" in a
hunt group. If it is the same service type, then they can do it.

If anyone out there IS successful, please make note of what you had to
tell the phone co to get them to do it. It seems like valuable information
to the rest of the list.
